Stir frying is a Chinese cooking technique where basically any ingredient is fried in hot oil and tosser (or stirred) to cook, typically in a wok. No wok? No problem! You can use any pan to heat Homeway sauce to fry your veggies in.
Our founder Tina, adds a few other ingredients to make her stir fry extra tasty.

Ingredients:
3oz Homeway sauce
Minced ginger
Minced garlic
Chopped onions
Chopped green peppers
Proteins (optional– chicken, beef, tofu, seafood)
Additional veggies (optional)
Cooked rice
Chopped green onions
Heat 1oz Homeway sauce to pan and heat over high heat. Add garlic and ginger and veggies and stir fry until the veggies begin to brown. Remove from the pan.
Add remaining 2oz Homeway sauce to the pan. Season protein with salt and pepper and add to the pan. Stir fry until almost cooked through. Add veggies and green onions. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
